PERA is hiring for the following two categories on a contract basis (initially for 3 years, extendable based on performance):

1. Senior Sergeant (STRIKE) - (SPPP-4)

Number of Posts: 02
Salary Package: Up to Rs. 2,10,000 (Negotiable)
Place of Posting: PERA HQs, Lahore (with province-wide jurisdiction).

2. Sergeant (STRIKE) - (SPPP-5)

Number of Posts: 48
Salary Package: Up to Rs. 1,75,000 (Negotiable)
Place of Posting: PERA HQs, Lahore (with province-wide jurisdiction).

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply:

Education: Matriculation from a recognized BISE.
Professional Training: Successfully completed a minimum 6-month training course from a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) or Armed Forces.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in LEAs or Armed Forces is mandatory.
Physical Standards: Must be physically fit with no physical disabilities.
Skills: Driving skills will be preferred.
