University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has officially announced admissions for the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) 2-Year Diploma program for the session 2025-2026. This admission drive covers 11 Public Sector Nursing Colleges across Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria for LHV Course

To apply for the LHV Diploma 2025-26, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: HSSC/F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Board.
• Domicile: Candidate must possess a Punjab Domicile.
• Gender: Only Females are eligible.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years on the last date of application. (No relaxation beyond this limit).

Merit Determination

• Merit will be calculated strictly based on marks obtained in F.Sc (Pre-Medical).
• In case of a tie in marks, Matriculation marks will be considered. If the tie persists, seniority in age will decide the merit.

1. Visit the Portal: Go to the centralized online admission portal: http://portals.uhs.edu.pk.
2. Register: Create an account and fill in the application form.
3. Order of Preference: You must select and rank the nursing colleges in your desired order of preference. You can opt for colleges offering seats allocated to your district of domicile as well as "All Over Punjab" seats.

• Note: Once submitted, the order of preference cannot be changed.

1. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies (Front & Back) of your CNIC, Domicile, Matric Certificate, and F.Sc Certificate/Result card.
2. Pay Fee: Download the fee voucher and pay the Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) processing fee at any branch of Bank of Punjab (BOP) or National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
3. Submission: Upload the paid receipt to the portal to complete your submission.

Important Note: Applications submitted by post or manually will not be entertained.

Important Provisions

• Stipend: There shall be no stipend for students enrolled in the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) course.
• Admissions Policy: Admissions are granted on a merit-cum-preference basis.
• Up-gradation: Selected candidates can give consent for up-gradation or stay in the same college via the portal.
