University of Milan DSU Scholarship (Lombardy Region)

The University of Milan operates under the Lombardy region DSU guidelines. The competition here is fierce, but the rewards are excellent.

• DSU Scholarship Amount: In 2026, the maximum amount for off-site international students is approximately €7,655 per year.
• Free Meals: You get one free meal a day at the university canteen.
• Accommodation: You can apply for a bed in the university residences, but if places run out, you will receive the housing allowance in cash.

• DiSCo Scholarship Amount: Similar to Milan, the amount is around €7,000+ for off-site students.
• Deadline: The Lazio DiSCo application usually opens in June and closes in late July 2026. This is often earlier than northern regions!
